Our next three Feature Fridays will be featuring projects by three new guest designers: Dana Norvell, Ilina Crouse, and Kathy Schweinfurth. We're thrilled to showcase their creativity using August's new products! We'll provide a short intro to each designer below, as well as their Instagram handle so you can follow their work.

Dana currently lives in North Carolina with her husband and two dogs. She has been creating in some form or another for as long as she can remember. She describes her design style as simple and clean. She started making cards over 20 years ago; her job as a consultant pharmacist allows her to share her handmade cards with nursing home residents so they can share love through the mail to their family and friends. That's what she calls a win-win situation!
Dana's colorful creations below demonstrate how easy it is to design a template and then simply change up the sentiment or even, in the case of the HB card, the direction of the colored stripes, for some simple modifications.

In the early mornings, Ilina is a runner. By day, she works as an electrical engineer/bid manager. But at night, when her three kids are sleeping, she's a card maker.
When Ilina was 8, her parents brought her a stamp set after a business trip, and she fell in love with paper crafting and card making. When she moved to the US, she was introduced to the big box craft stores and it all grew from there! She is a self-described color and coloring addict. But because her life is so crazy busy, she tries to keep her crafting style clean and simple. You'll see lots of white space on her cards and only one or two layers.
Ilina has used paper piecing to create two cards with two different feels based solely on color scheme. If you can do that much with just a single die and stamp and a few colors, think of all the other possibilities! There's a reason this bundle is called ALL the Birthdays.

Kathy lives near Columbus, OH, with her husband, beautiful daughter, and sweet, aging pup. She's worked in retail operations for over 40 years, but has enjoyed many types of crafting since she was a kid. She went to a stamping demonstration over 20 years ago and – poof! – she became a hooked stamper/cardmaker and never looked back! Cardmaking is her therapy; getting "lost" creating a card is pure heaven! Kathy describes her style as clean/eclectic, but sometimes "a project just takes a life of its own!"
Kathy has chosen a really fun color scheme for all her projects: Ballet Slipper, Honeysuckle, Sea Glass, and Midnight. Even with the common color theme and products, they're all very unique! This, again, shows how versatile the All the Birthdays Bundle is. Note how she has used the negative image of the confetti pieces to create a backdrop for her black square Happy Birthday card—brilliant!
