Cozy up for three fun-filled days of crafting, laughter and more at C9 Winter Retreat! This virtual crafting retreat will take place February 21st-23rd 2025.

What's happening at C9 Winter Retreat?

  • Six virtual classes ranging from 90 minutes to two hours, led by some of your favorite industry experts!
  • An event kit filled to the brim with everything you need to complete 12+ unique projects! You'll receive 5 stamp sets, 7 die sets, 5 stencils, 2 embossing folders, cardstock, blending brushes, embellishments and more! All stamps, dies, stencils and embossing folders are brand new and will only ever be available in this kit.
  • Virtual gatherings at The Lodge: Play games, laugh, and have an all around good time with the retreat's co-hosts and instructors. There will be prize giveaways too!

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

There are three different types of kits to choose from: 

  • Without Ink - includes the class kit minus the ink. You are responsible for purchasing ink separately or using ones you have already purchased prior to the event.
  • Ink Cubes - includes the class kit and a bundle of 8 ink cubes in the colors used during the event.
  • Ink Pads - includes the class kit and a bundle of 8 ink pads in the colors used during the event.

Other Important Information 

Because of how these kits ship, we cannot include other items in the box and ask that you do not add anything else to your registration. Any additional items will be subject to cancellation or additional shipping fees.

Discounts may not be used for registration. 

International participants will be charged an events shipping fee. International packages will be shipped via UPS to help ensure that attendees receive their kits in time for the event. Additional shipping charges and fees will be subsidized by Concord & 9th.

PLEASE NOTE: The email address you use to register is the email address we will use to communicate with you. The first retreat update will be sent to all attendees approximately five weeks before the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the retreat be held? This is an online, virtual event, so you can craft away all weekend in your comfiest clothes! It will stream via private YouTube links with playback available immediately. Videos will never expire. Links will be sent approximately one day before the start of the event.

Do I need to have Facebook? Nope! Facebook is not required to participate in C9 Winter Retreat, however, we will be setting up an optional Facebook group so participants can interact before and after the retreat. An invitation to join the C9 Winter Retreat 2025 Facebook Group will be sent to all attendees approximately five weeks prior to the event.

What does the schedule look like? C9 Winter Retreat will kick off on Friday, February 21st at approximately 6pm MT and end on Sunday February 23rd around 4pm MT. A detailed event schedule will be provided to attendees as we get closer to the event.

Will I need to purchase anything extra for this event? Attendees will need to provide a few basic crafting supplies you likely already have on hand, such as a stamping platform (MISTI), die-cutting machine, paper trimmer, scissors, and adhesives. We will be sure to provide you a list of everything you need well in advance of the event so you can make sure you’re prepared.

When will I get my kit? Event kits will begin shipping towards the end of January, approximately 3-4 weeks before the event. A shipping notification will be sent to the email you used to register once your label has been printed, and you can use that to track your box. 

What if I can’t make it that weekend or something comes up? No problem! We will be recording everything and making it accessible to all attendees. This way anyone can participate whenever it works best for them. The videos will never expire, so you can relive the fun over and over again!
