There are three different types of kits to choose from:
Without Ink - includes the class kit minus the ink. You are responsible for purchasing ink separately or using ones you have already purchased prior to the event.
Ink Cubes - includes the class kit and a bundle of 8 ink cubes in the colors used during the event. Please note that if you choose this option you may also need reinkers, there will be ink blending on several projects.
Ink Pads - includes the class kit and a bundle of 8 ink pads in the colors used during the event.
Because of how these kits ship, we cannot include other items in the box and ask that you do not add anything else to your registration. Any additional items will be subject to cancellation or additional shipping fees.
Discounts may not be used for registration.
International participants will be charged regular shipping rates based on location. There may be additional customs or other fees charged upon delivery. Only supply costs will be listed on the customs forms so you're not paying extra fees for the videos.

PLEASE NOTE: The email address you use to register is the email address we will use to communicate with you. If you signed up with a Buddy Pass we will reach out to you to get the email addresses of your entire party.
Where will the retreat be held? This is an online, virtual event, so you can craft away all weekend in your comfiest clothes! It will stream via private YouTube links with playback available immediately. Videos will never expire. Links will be sent approximately one day before the start of the event.
What does the schedule look like? C9 Winter Retreat will kick off on Friday, January 30th at approximately 5:30pm MT and end on Sunday February 1st around 3pm MT. A detailed event schedule will be provided to attendees as we get closer to the event.
Do I need to have Facebook? Nope! Facebook is not required to participate in C9 Winter Retreat, however, we will be setting up an optional Facebook group so participants can interact before and after the retreat. An invitation to join the C9 Winter Retreat 2026 Facebook Group will be sent to all attendees at the beginning of the new year.
If I signed up for the Buddy Pass will we all still get the links and emails? Absolutely. We will reach out to gather email addresses for everyone who attending Winter Retreat.
What if I signed up for a Buddy Pass but my friend doesn't live near me? All Buddy Pass kits will ship in one box to a single address, so you'll need to arrange to get the kit to or from your friend.
When will I get my kit? Event kits will begin shipping towards the end of December. A shipping notification will be sent to the email you used to register once your label has been printed, and you can use that to track your box.
Will I need to purchase anything extra for this event? Attendees will need to provide a few basic crafting supplies you likely already have on hand, such as a stamping platform (MISTI or Stampwheel), die-cutting machine, paper trimmer, scissors, and adhesives. A complete list of everything you need will be provided well in advance of the event so you can be fully prepared.
What if I can’t make it that weekend or something comes up?No problem! We will be recording everything and making it accessible to all attendees. This way anyone can participate whenever it works best for them. The videos will never expire, so you can relive the fun over and over again!
