C9 Summer Camp 2025 Payment Plan Details


 

If you would like to sign up for C9 Summer Camp 2025 with a payment plan, please read through the information below. 

  

Terms & Conditions of registering for C9 Summer Camp via the payment plan:

All Payment Plans will be sent the NO INK event kit. You will be responsible for purchasing ink separately or you can always use ink you have already own. See the event page for colors.

  • Payment Plans are not eligible for Early Bird pricing.
  • Payments are non refundable.
  • Concord & 9th will send anyone participating in the payment plan an invoice for the second payment of $110 (plus applicable taxes) the week of March 31st and the third payment, also of $110, the week of April 28th. Prompt and timely payment is appreciated. We will send a maximum of one reminder for each payment and then it is the responsibility of the attendee to seek out the invoice.
  • All payments must be made in full before kits are shipped. If there is any remaining balance at the time of shipping, your kit will be held until payments are complete. Concord & 9th is not responsible for expediting the shipping of kits due to late payments. 

 

Payment Schedule:

Payment #1: $110*, due at time of registration

Payment #2: $110*, due the week of March 31st

Payment #3: $110*, due the week of April 28th

*Plus any applicable taxes or fees.

The second and third payment invoices are sent manually by Concord & 9th. You will receive an email with a link to pay the invoice, these emails will be sent to the address used when registering. Prompt and timely payment is appreciated. We will send a maximum of one reminder and then it is the responsibility of the attendee to seek out the invoice.
