If you would like to sign up for C9 Winter Retreat 2026 with a payment plan, please read through the information below.
Terms & Conditions of registering for C9 Summer Camp via the payment plan:
All Payment Plans will be sent the NO INK event kit. You will be responsible for purchasing ink separately or you can always use ink you have already own. See the event page for colors.
Payments must be made in full before kits are shipped. If there is any remaining balance at the time of shipping, your kit will be held until payments are complete. Concord & 9th is not responsible for expediting the shipping of kits due to late payments.
Payment Schedule:
Payment #1: $165*, due at time of registration
Payment #2: $165*, due the week of November 17th
*Plus any applicable taxes or fees.
The second invoice is sent manually by Concord & 9th. You will receive an email with a link to pay the invoice, this email will be sent to the address used when registering. Prompt and timely payment is appreciated. We will send a maximum of one reminder and then it is the responsibility of the attendee to seek out the invoice.
