C9 Winter Retreat 2025 Payment Plan Details

If you would like to sign up for C9 Winter Retreat 2025 with a payment plan, please read through the information below and then add the C9 Winter Retreat PAYMENT PLAN to your cart.

 
Terms & Conditions of registering for C9 Winter Retreat via the Payment Plan:
  • All Payment Plans will be sent the NO INK event kit. You will be responsible for purchasing ink separately or you can always use ink you have already own. See the event page for colors.
  • Payment Plans are not eligible for Early Bird pricing.
  • Payments are non refundable.
  • Concord & 9th will send anyone participating in the payment plan an invoice for the second payment of $100 (plus applicable taxes) the first week of December and the third payment, also of $100, the first week in January. Prompt and timely payment is appreciated. We will send a maximum of one reminder and then it is the responsibility of the attendee to seek out the invoice.
  • All payments must be made in full before kits are shipped. If there is any remaining balance at the time of shipping, your kit will be held until payments are complete. Concord & 9th is not responsible for expediting the shipping of kits due to late payments. 

 

Payment Schedule:

Payment #1: $115*, due at time of registration

Payment #2: $100*, due the first week of December

Payment #3: $100*, due the first week of January

*Plus any applicable taxes or fees.

The second and third payment invoices are sent manually by Concord & 9th to the email used when registering. Prompt and timely payment is appreciated. We will send a maximum of one reminder and then it is the responsibility of the attendee to seek out the invoice.

Registration ends November 4th at 11:59 pm MT.
