By signing up for C9 Summer Camp 2024 via the payment plan, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 

• All Payment Plans will be sent the Camp Kit WITHOUT INK. Camper will need to provide ink from their own stash or purchase separately. 
• Payment Plans are not eligible for Early Bird Pricing.
• Payments are non refundable. The products used for camp are exclusive to the event and will be ordered based on registration numbers, because of this we cannot refund registration fees.
• Concord & 9th will send anyone participating in the payment plan an invoice for the second payment of $110 (plus applicable taxes) the week of March 31st, and the third payment, also of $110, the week of April 28th. Prompt and timely payment is appreciated. We will send a maximum of one reminder and then it is the responsibility of the attendee to seek out the invoice.

• All payments must be made in full before kits are shipped. If there is any remaining balance at the time of shipping, your kit will be held until payments are complete. Concord & 9th is not responsible for expediting the shipping of kits due to late payments.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER

• Please do not add other products to your cart when signing up for In the Classroom: Color Edition. Any extra items are subject to cancellation.
• Camp is non-refundable. Should you need to miss the live event, all content will be recorded and available to you without expiration.
• Shipping is free for all participants, however any additional handling, duties, customs fees, or other taxes charged at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the camper.
• All links to classes and other information will be communicated to participants via email. The email you use to register is the email address we will use to communicate all class information. 
• Camp will take place on YouTube. You will need a Google account if you would like to chat and comment alongside other campers.
• Information on how to join the C9 Summer Camp 2024 Facebook group, for those who wish to participate, will be sent approximately five weeks before camp.
• Participants will need to provide a few basic crafting supplies, such as a stamping platform (MISTI), die-cutting machine, paper trimmer, scissors, adhesives, black ink, stamp shammy or wipes, and a bone folder.
