    Angel Policy

    We invite artists and crafters who want to sell their handcrafted works using images from Concord & 9th, with the following limitations:

    • Each piece created for sale must be hand-stamped or created by the individual personally selling the piece.
    • Crafted pieces may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, including but not limited to graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying.
    • You cannot use images for branding, logos, or company trademarks.

    Store Policies

    Product Availability

    All items in the store are available while supplies last. We cannot and do not guarantee product availability. Concord & 9th strives to provide products in a timely manner and notify customers in the online store regarding product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or restock inventory in a manner that best supports business needs.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Concord & 9th has a 60-day return policy, which means products purchased from Concord & 9th may be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. Eligible products must be

    • Unused and in original packaging.
    • In the same condition you received it.
    • Currently carried in our store.
    • Purchased directly from Concord & 9th.

    PLEASE NOTE: Event kits are not eligible for return.

    Items for exchange and those that have surpassed the 60-day return policythat meet the return conditions abovemay be exchanged/returned for store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.

    Before returning or exchanging your item(s), please email hello@concordand9th.com with your ORDER NUMBER and NAME OF THE PRODUCT(S) you want to return or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products.

    Please allow adequate time for us to receive your returned product(s); delivery times will vary based on your location. We recommend using a traceable delivery method; Concord & 9th is not responsible for any returns lost in transit, and we will not issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Products that are opened or used
    • Retired products
    • Downloadable content (gift cards and digital products)


    Refunds may be offered on eligible returned items. When we receive your return, you will receive an email informing you we have received your item and the status of your refund request. Once the refund request is approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive a credit for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling charge will not be refunded.

    We will make every effort to expedite returns; however, please allow up to two (2) weeks for the processing of returns. For credit cards, please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

    Defective or Damaged Items

    Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange, but may only be exchanged for the same item.

    To exchange your defective or damaged item, send an email to Customer Service at hello@concordand9th.com with

    • Photo(s) of the defective or damaged product(s).
    • Photos of stamped/die-cut samples showing the results of the defect or damage.
    • Order number OR proof of purchase from an authorized Concord & 9th retailer.

    Upon receipt of the email, our Customer Service team will contact you with any further instructions and/or questions.


    Concord & 9th may offer a monthly earned reward. When offered, earned rewards begin on the 9th of each month at 9:00 AM (MT). Earned rewards are not eligible to be earned prior to the 9th at 9:00 AM (MT), or after the 8th at 11:59 PM (MT) of the following month. All earned rewards are while supplies last and are available worldwide. Excludes wholesale. Concord & 9th reserves the right to sell these products at a later date.

    Other promotions may be offered from time to time and will be communicated through our newsletter and/or other social media outlets. Any free items as part of a special offer or promotion will not be honored outside of the earning/promotional period.


    Concord & 9th will cover shipping charges for sending products to the winner(s). However, if there are any extra handling/duty/taxes added at the time of delivery, these charges are out of our control and knowledge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
