Concord & 9th offers global shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and other third-party shippers.

SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to ship orders within three (3) business days from the time the order is received. However, during promotions, sales, new product releases, and other peak periods, shipping times may increase. We are a small but mighty team and we work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible!

SHIPPING METHODS

We use USPS and other third-party shippers for all deliveries. For customers who need faster delivery, we offer USPS Priority Shipping, which provides quicker shipping times based on your location and the weight of your package.

CLASS & EVENT SHIPPING

International shipping fees for classes and events are $35 to Canada & Mexico and $75 outside the US, Canada, & Mexico. International packages will be shipped via UPS and subsidized by Concord & 9th.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Tracking Your Order: All customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped. Tracking information is provided 24 hours after the shipping label is printed.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: Concord & 9th is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged by USPS or other third-party shippers once the package has left our warehouse. Concord & 9th does offer shipping insurance through a 3rd-party insurer to protect against lost, damaged or stolen packages.
• *International Orders: Shipping fees include USA shipping and handling costs. Extra handling, duty, or taxes may apply at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
