Concord & 9th offers global shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and other third-party shippers.
SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to ship orders within three (3) business days from the time the order is received. However, during promotions, sales, new product releases, and other peak periods, shipping times may increase. We are a small but mighty team and we work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible!
SHIPPING METHODS
We use USPS, UPS, and other third-party shippers for all deliveries. For customers who need faster delivery, we offer USPS Priority Shipping Domestic and UPS Ground Shipping Domestic, which provide faster delivery times based on your location and package weight.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.
Tracking Your Order: All customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped. Tracking information is provided within 24 hours of the shipping label being printed.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery issues including delays, loss, or damage are the responsibility of the carrier. Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for additional protection.
International Orders: Shipping fees include United States shipping and handling costs. Additional handling fees, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us for any reason (including incorrect address information, failure to pay customs duties/taxes, or failure to claim the package), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
