C9 Summer Camp

 

 

C9 Summer Camp is back! Join us June 20th-22nd for the FIFTH installment of this virtual crafting event. It'll be a weekend full of fun, classes, crafting, campfires, and s'more! Registration begins February 13th at 11am MT.

What's happening at C9 Summer camp?

 

  • Six 90-minute virtual classes led by some of your favorite crafty counselors!
  • A Camp Kit filled to the brim with everything you need to complete 12 class projects plus Make & Takes. You'll receive products exclusive to the event and will only ever be available in this camp kit, cardstock, blending brushes, embellishments and more.
  • Exclusive product includes 6 stamp sets, 6 die sets, 2 stencil packs and an embossing folder.  One bundle was even designed by Kristina Werner!
  • Campfire Hangouts: Play games, laugh, and have an all around good time around our virtual campfire with your camp counselors and co-directors. There will be prize giveaways too! All the fun without smoke or pesky bugs!

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Choose from three different types of kits: 

  • Without Ink - includes the class kit minus the ink. You are responsible for purchasing ink separately or using ones you have already purchased prior to the event.
  • Ink Cubes - includes the class kit and a bundle of 8 ink cubes in the colors used during camp.
  • Ink Pads - includes the class kit and a bundle of 8 ink pads in the colors used during camp.

When registering select the option that best fits your needs and crafting preferences. 

 

 

 

Other Important Information 

 

Because of how the kits ship, we cannot include other items in the box and ask that you do not add anything else to your registration. Any additional items will be subject to cancellation.

Shipping is free for all participants, however any additional handling, duties, customs fees, or other taxes charged at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the camper. 

Discounts may not be used for registration.

PLEASE NOTE: The email address you use to register is the email address we will use to communicate with you. The first camp update will be sent to all attendees approximately five weeks before camp.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

    Where will camp be held? This is an online, virtual event, so you can craft away all weekend in your comfiest clothes! It will stream via private YouTube links with playback available immediately. Videos will never expire. Links will be sent approximately one day before the start of camp.

    Do I need to have Facebook? Nope! However, we will be setting up an optional Facebook group so participants can interact before and after the event, if they choose to join, however Facebook is not required to attend this event. An invitation to join the C9 Summer Camp 2025 Facebook Group will be sent to all attendees approximately five weeks before camp.

    What does the schedule look like? C9 Summer Camp will kick off on Friday, June 20th at 5:30pm MT and end on Sunday June 22nd around 4pm MT. A detailed event schedule will be provided to attendees as we get closer to camp.

    Will I need to purchase anything extra for this event? Attendees will need to provide a few basic crafting supplies you likely already have on hand, such as a stamping platform (MISTI), die-cutting machine, paper trimmer, scissors, and adhesives. We will be sure to provide you a list of everything you need well in advance of the event so you can make sure you’re prepared.

    When will I get my Camp Kit? Camp Kits will begin shipping towards the end of May, approximately 3-4 weeks before the event. A shipping notification will be sent to the email you used to register once your label has been printed, and you can use that to track your box. 

    What if I can’t make it that weekend or something comes up?No problem! We will be recording everything and making it accessible to all attendees. This way anyone can participate whenever it works best for them. The videos will never expire, so you can relive the fun over and over again!
