C9 Summer Camp is back! Join us June 21st-23rd for the latest installment of our virtual crafting retreat. It's going to be a weekend full of fun, classes, crafting, campfires, and s'more! Registration begins February 22nd at 11am MT.

What's happening at C9 Summer camp?

• Six 90-minute virtual classes led by some of your favorite crafty counselors!
• A Camp Kit filled to the brim with everything you need to complete 12+ unique projects! You'll receive 6 stamp sets, 6 die sets, 3 stencils, cardstock, blending brushes, embellishments and more! All stamps, dies and stencils are brand new and will only ever be available in this camp kit!
• Campfire Hangouts: Play games, laugh, and have an all around good time around our virtual campfire with your camp counselors. There will be prize giveaways too! All the fun without smoke and pesky bugs!
• Bonus content from your counselors.
• Crafty Hour with special guest Simon Hurley!

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

There are three different types of kits to choose from: 

• Without Ink - includes the class kit minus the ink. You are responsible for purchasing ink separately or using ones you have already purchased prior to the event.
• Ink Cubes - includes the class kit and a bundle of 8 ink cubes in the colors used during camp.
• Ink Pads - includes the class kit and a bundle of 8 ink pads in the colors used during camp.

When you go to register be sure to select the option that best fits your needs and crafting preferences. 

 

 

 

Other Important Information 

Because of how these kits ship, we cannot include other items in the box and ask that you do not add anything else to your registration. Any additional items will be subject to cancellation.

Discounts may not be used for registration. 

International participants will be charged an events shipping fee. International packages will be shipped via UPS to help ensure that attendees receive their kits in time for camp. Additional shipping charges and fees will be subsidized by Concord & 9th.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where will camp be held? This is an online, virtual event, so you can craft away all weekend in your comfiest clothes! It will stream via private YouTube links with playback available immediately. Videos will never expire. Links will be sent approximately one day before the start of camp.

Do I need to have Facebook? Nope! However, we will be setting up an optional Facebook group so participants can interact before and after the event, if they choose to join, however Facebook is not required to attend this event. An invitation to join the C9 Summer Camp 2024 Facebook Group will be sent to all attendees approximately five weeks before camp.

What does the schedule look like? C9 Summer Camp will kick off on Friday, June 21st at 6pm MT and end on Sunday June 23rd around 4pm MT. A detailed event schedule will be provided to attendees as we get closer to camp.

Will I need to purchase anything extra for this event? Attendees will need to provide a few basic crafting supplies you likely already have on hand, such as a stamping platform (MISTI), die-cutting machine, paper trimmer, scissors, and adhesives. We will be sure to provide you a list of everything you need well in advance of the event so you can make sure you’re prepared.

When will I get my Camp Kit? Camp Kits will begin shipping towards the end of May, approximately 3-4 weeks before the event. A shipping notification will be sent to the email you used to register once your label has been printed, and you can use that to track your box. 

What if I can’t make it that weekend or something comes up? No problem! We will be recording everything and making it accessible to all attendees. This way anyone can participate whenever it works best for them. The videos will never expire, so you can relive the fun over and over again!
