Cozy up for three fun-filled days of crafting, laughter and more at C9 Winter Retreat! All classes and events will take place online and be easily accessible to crafters worldwide. For full event details click here.

When registering for C9 Winter Retreat, please select the type of kit you would like to receive: 

• Without Ink- includes the class kits minus the ink. You are responsible for purchasing ink separately or using ones you have already purchased prior to event.
• Ink Cubes- includes the class kits, a bundle of 8 ink cubes in the colors used during Winter Retreat: Carnation, Nectar, Spiced Cider, Honeycomb, Artichoke, Juniper, Tidepool and Harbor.
• Ink Pads - includes the class kits, a bundle of 8 ink pads in the colors used during Winter Retreat: Carnation, Nectar, Spiced Cider, Honeycomb, Artichoke, Juniper, Tidepool and Harbor.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER

• Please do not add other products to your cart when signing up for C9 Winter Retreat. Any extra items are subject to cancellation or additional shipping fees.
• Winter Retreat is non-refundable. Should you need to miss the live event, all content will be recorded and available to you without expiration.
• International shipping fees are $35 to Canada & Mexico and $75 outside the US, Canada, & Mexico. International packages will be shipped via UPS. Additional shipping costs, taxes and fees are subsidized by Concord & 9th.
• Kits will ship 3-4 weeks before the event.
• All links to classes and other information will be communicated to participants via email. The email you use to register is the email address we will use to communicate all class information. 
• Winter Retreat will take place on YouTube. You will need a Google account if you would like to chat and comment alongside other crafters.
• Information on how to join the C9 Winter Retreat 2025 Facebook group, for those who wish to participate, will be sent approximately five weeks before the event.
• Participants will need to provide a few basic crafting supplies, such as a stamping platform (MISTI), die-cutting machine, paper trimmer, scissors, adhesives, black ink, stamp shammy or wipes, and a bone folder.
