By signing up for C9 Winter Retreat 2026 via the payment plan, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- All Payment Plans will be sent the NO INK event kit. You will be responsible for purchasing ink separately or you can always use ink you have already own.
- Payment Plans are not eligible for Early Bird Pricing.
- Payments are non refundable. The products used for Winter Retreat are exclusive to the event and will be ordered based on registration numbers, because of this we cannot refund registration fees.
- Concord & 9th will send anyone participating in the payment plan an invoice for the second payment of $165 the week of November 17th. Prompt and timely payment is appreciated. We will send a maximum of one reminder for the second payment and then it is the responsibility of the attendee to seek out the invoice.
- Payments must be made in full before kits are shipped. If there is any remaining balance at the time of shipping, your kit will be held until payments are complete. Concord & 9th is not responsible for expediting the shipping of kits due to late payments.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER
- Please do not add other products to your cart when signing up for C9 Winter Retreat. Any extra items are subject to cancellation or additional shipping fees.

Winter Retreat is non-refundable. Should you need to miss the live event, all content will be recorded and available to you without expiration.

International shipping taxes & fees are the same as they would be for a regular order.
- All links to classes and other information will be communicated to participants via email. The email you use to register is the email address we will use to communicate all class information.
- Winter Retreat will take place on YouTube. You will need a Google account if you would like to chat and comment alongside other crafters.
- Information on how to join the C9 Winter Retreat 2025 Facebook group, for those who wish to participate, will be in early January.
- Participants will need to provide a few basic crafting supplies, such as a stamping platform (MISTI), die-cutting machine, paper trimmer, scissors, adhesives, black ink, stamp shammy or wipes, and a bone folder.
