How long does it take for an order to ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or major holidays. During busy times like new releases or sales, shipping may take a bit longer. Our small team works hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Can you combine my orders?

If you’ve placed two separate orders and want to combine them, please reach out to us at hello@concordand9th.com as soon as possible. We’re usually able to combine orders if they haven’t shipped yet. However, during high-volume times like new releases or sales, we may not be able to accommodate combination requests.

How can I track my order?

For U.S. customers, tracking is available at usps.com using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

Customers outside the U.S. will need to use ppxtrack.com and enter their tracking number to view updates. Please be sure you're using the correct site for your location to ensure accurate tracking information.

Why does my tracking say delivered but I haven’t received my order?

Sometimes USPS marks a package as delivered a bit too early. It often shows up later that day or the next. If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, we recommend checking with neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong mailbox or doorstep, and asking your household members if they may have already brought it inside. If you have done all those things and your order hasn't arrive please reach out to hello@concordand9th.com. We're happy to help.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return unused, unopened, and in-stock products within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Event kits, retired products, and opened or used items cannot be returned. After 60 days, eligible returns may be exchanged for store credit.

Please email hello@concordand9th.com with your order number and product details before returning items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we aren’t responsible for lost returns.

Click the small green heart icon in the bottom left corner of your screen—it stays visible as you scroll, whether you're on a phone, tablet, or computer.

Your wishlist keeps track of your favorite products and browsing activity across devices, so you can easily return to items you’ve saved without searching all over again.
What is the weight of your cardstock?
Our cardstock typically ranges from 80 lb to 100 lb cover weight (approximately 216–270 gsm), depending on the color. It’s sturdy and smooth—perfect for stamping, die cutting, and card making.
