Please help us in welcoming Tasha Vovchuk as a guest designer with us this month. She will be showing us her beautiful creations from our February 2017 new release! As soon as we started following Tasha's inspiring feed on Instagram @tashavovchuk, we knew we wanted to invite her to guest design! She is so talented!
Here is a little more about Tasha in her own words:
"Hello crafty friends!
I’m so delighted to be guest designing for Concord & 9th this month! My name is Natalie, but friends call me Tasha. I live in Kiev, Ukraine with my wonderful husband and two kids, Danielle and David. My little boy is my main helper, because he usually does his best to “help” and ruin my card in process, and I have to think how to fix it, and in the end the card turns out even better))). I don’t really enjoy that at first, but really thankful in the end))).
It’s been about two and a half years since I’ve opened the scrapbooking world to myself, I first thought I’ll make an album for my baby girl, then I remembered about my love for notebooks, but I really have found myself in cardmaking. If I remember correct my first CAS card was made in April 2015… Since then I was drawn into stamping, inking, and coloring.
I hope to inspire you along the way with these amazing Concord &9th products! Thanks so much for having me here!!!"
Today Tasha, or should i say Natalie (wink), is sharing two cards she made using our Say Hello Bundle - which is our new Say Hello stamp set and Say Hello dies. In this first card, she's also added in two of our other stamp sets: Barnwood Background and Wildflower. Notice how she stamped/embossed the dashed 'hello' in gold and then topped it with the thin 'hello' die cut? So cool! And, those little gold hearts...those are from our Love Notes Envelope dies!
In this second card, Tasha has used the Say Hello dies differently! Not only did she use the thin 'hello' in white, but she used the fluffy & outline 'hello' too! It's fun that Tasha stamped many of the sentiments from Say Hello stamp set all over the background! The bits of sparkle from from our Birthday Bling sequin mix!
Aren't these great?!? Be sure to head over to Tasha's blog, My Scrap Corner of Joy, for more details on these designs! Follow her there, and on her Instagram @tashavovchuk for a lot more crafty inspiration!
Lucky for us, Tasha will be back with us soon! Stay tuned...
