Please help us welcome one of our October guest designers, LauraJane! We 'met' LauraJane through Instagram @mammacooksalot. We found her style of crafting to be right up our alley, so we invited her to use our October New Release products and show us all what can be done with them!
Here is a little more about LauraJane in her own words:
I'm LauraJane, I've been crafting as long as I can remember. As a child, I recall cutting class in the 4th grade to make paper chains from magazines, with my Grandma, for Christmas decorations:)) Now, I teach my own kids at home where the schoolroom IS the craftroom..It's such a HAPPY place!!
In 2014 I started my blog, After Hours Ink & Flowers, so I could join in all the fun card challenges. The blog world of stamping and cardmaking, along with video tutorials has brought much joy to my life. Encouraging others in their creativity has become a passion too!
Flowers are my favorite stamps to work with and I LOVE to color:)) I also ADORE the simplicity and ease of connecting with other crafters on Instagram where I'm known as mammacooksalot. IG is where Concord & 9th caught my eye, swooning over their blooming stamp images and innovative dies.. Getting the opportunity to work with C&9th was on my Creative Bucket List. Thank you Angie and Greg for entrusting your newest release to me!
Well, today we are all lucky enough to see what LauraJane created! When I received the pictures in my email, I was so excited to show these off to the world! Greg and I love seeing what others do with our products!
Let's start off with this 'happy' card! LauraJane used our new Happy Card Frame dies along with the Happy Words stamp set. We love the stacked layers and the shaker that includes the little outline hearts & stars from the die set.
LauraJane used Happy Words stamp set again on this next card. How great is it that she added color & dimension to this solid floral stamp? She's got a video up over on her blog to show us all how she did that! So pretty!
Wow! We are so inspired by these projects!
Be sure to head over to LauraJane's blog, After-Hours Ink & Flowers, for more details on how these cards came together, including videos! You should also follow LauraJane on Instagram @mammacooksalot for her inspiring feed!
LauraJane will be back with us soon. Stay tuned!
