Concord & 9th currently offers global shipping. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all orders. Our goal is to ship within three (3) business days from the time the order is received; however, you may experience a small delay when order quantities are higher than normal (during promotions, sales, new product releases, etc).  

We have carefully evaluated all costs associated with shipping in order to offer the fairest rates we can. Our current shipping rates are outlined below.

CLASS & EVENT SHIPPING

International shipping fees are $35 to Canada & Mexico and $75 outside the US, Canada, & Mexico. International packages will be shipped via UPS and subsidized by Concord & 9th.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: These fees includes USA shipping and handling costs. There is a possibility there could be extra handling/duty/taxes added at the time of delivery; these charges are out of our control and knowledge and are the responsibility of the customer. This applies to products that are gifted or given away as part of a promotion or special offer, as well.

Concord & 9th is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged by USPS once the package has left our warehouse.
