Your privacy is very important to us at Concord & 9th. We have committed to never sell or trade your personal information to others.

Angel Policy

Concord & 9th invites artists and crafters who want to sell their hand-crafted works using images from Concord & 9th, accepting the following limitations:

  • Each piece created for sale must be hand-stamped or created by the individual personally selling the piece.
  • Crafted pieces may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means (graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying).
  • You cannot use images for branding, logos or company trademarks.

Store Policies

Product Availability

All items in the store are available while supplies last. We cannot guarantee product availability. Concord & 9th will strive to provide products in a timely manner and notify customers in the online store regarding product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or restock inventory to best support business needs.

Returns and Exchanges

Concord & 9th has a 30 day return policy, which means items purchased from Concord & 9th may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused in order to be eligible for returns or exchanges, and must be in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Only damaged or defective items will be eligible for exchange, and will be exchanged for the same item only. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: products that are opened or used, products where more than 30 days have elapsed from purchase date, products without receipt or proof of purchase, discounted items, downloadable content (gift cards and digital products).

Shipping Returns and Exchanges

Before any returns or exchanges, please email hello@concordand9th.com with information regarding your return or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products.

Please allow adequate time to receive your exchanged product. Delivery times will vary based on your location. We recommend using a traceable delivery method, as Concord & 9th is not responsible for any returns lost in transit, and will not issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for ordered items that are not available in inventory.

Full Refunds

Full refunds may be offered on eligible returned items. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email informing you of receipt of your item and the status of your refund request. Once the refund request is approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive a credit for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.  The original shipping and handling charge will not be refunded.

Allow up two weeks for the processing of returns. We will make every effort to expedite returns.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
